Inside Sales Representative – Daleville, Indiana

We currently have a need for an Inside Sales Representative to work in our Daleville, Indiana materials testing facility. Daleville is just 30 miles northeast of Indianapolis off of I-69. 

Candidates must possess a verifiable record of successful sales experience as well as a proven track record of increasing market share. Top candidates for this position:

• Must be EAGER and WILLING to be held accountable for personal performance.

• Must be assertive, enthusiastic, well-organized and self-assured.

• Must have the ability to communicate with and build relationships with a variety of people.

• Will have the ability to target and develop clients through an existing database as well as new leads.

• Must have a unique ability to accurately evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions.

• Must work well independently.

• Must be a strong closer.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years sales experience. We are seeking an individual with a vibrant personality and a sense of urgency about achieving both personal and company success. We are seeking an individual who is motivated by monthly and annual sales targets based on individual performance goals. An understanding of materials testing would be a strong plus.
