- Take I-65 NORTH
- Take EXIT 68 toward NASHVILLE/COLUMBUS. Take the COLUMBUS EXIT. This is IN-46
- Follow signs for IN-46 East and stay in middle lane over the bridge. Go to the second stop light, which is Washington Street, and turn left.
- Sherry Laboratories will be approximately 0.2 miles down the street on the right side of the road. The building reads SIECO Engineering/Sherry Laboratories. Sherry is located on the third floor.

- Take I-74 WEST/US-52 WEST/US-27 NORTH toward Indianapolis
- Take EXIT 134A -- the IN-3 SOUTH EXIT toward Greensburg. Bear right onto IN-3 SOUTH
- Continue on this road, which eventually becomes IN-46, for 28.2 miles
- You will reach Sherry Laboratories in approximately 0.3 miles after the road becomes WASHINGTON STREET From the West (Terre Haute, Ind.)
