Sherry Laboratories’ Food and Microbiological Testing Division is staffed by skilled scientists who are dedicated to providing continuous value for Sherry clients and their customers. En route to generating reliable test data and results, we take a personal interest in providing a testing experience that meets our clients’ needs and exceeds their expectations.
Our expertise includes food chemistry, bacterial and fungal monitoring, Endotoxin testing, food microbiology, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) evaluations, shelf-life studies, and special analyses outlined by customers to procedures conducted in accordance with federal, national and state guidelines.
The laboratory is accredited to ISO 17025:2005 standards by the Laboratory Accreditation Bureau. It is also certified by the Indiana State Department of Health for Drinking Water Testing and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service for Salmonella in eggs.
