Project Description:
The student will:
- Perform test procedures on environmental samples utilizing
modern analysis techniques
- Prepare analytical standards and document
their preparation;
- Prepare environmental samples using various extraction,
separation, concentration techniques and document their preparation;
- Maintain and help troubleshoot and repair test equipment and maintain
records of all procedures performed and results generated;
- Perform instrument
calibrations, method detection limit studies, and performance evaluation
studies.
