Project Description:

Continuous Improvement Projects:

  • Provide analysis of Laboratory equipment to improve runtime
  • Provide layouts to improve process flow
  • Perform equipment cycle checks and utilization in determining product cost
  • Reduce / eliminate waste – Cost savings
  • Document process control steps
