Sherry Laboratories Announces New Vice Chairman

Muncie, Indiana - Ontario Corporation, a privately held family of technology companies, announces the election of a new vice chairman for its wholly owned subsidiary Sherry Laboratories, Inc. Kelly N. Stanley, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ontario Corporation made the announcement today.

Dr. Clifford E. Keys has been elected Vice Chairman of Sherry Laboratories Corporation and has assumed executive management responsibilities for the Sherry Laboratories network of metallurgical and environmental testing laboratories. He brings an extensive professional background in management systems and executive management development. Dr. Keys holds a Masters Degree in Theology from Nazarene Theological Seminary, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from LaSalle University.

Prior to joining Sherry Laboratories, Dr. Keys served Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in positions of Deputy Budget Officer and Finance Operations Manager. He also served as Controller and Deputy Manager, Administration and Logistics of The Zia Company at Los Alamos National Laboratories.

Dr. Keys served the United States Army in a distinguished career, rising to the rank of Colonel before his retirement from the Armed Forces. Keys has served as Director, Administration and Management at the Headquarters of the Department of the Army at the Pentagon; Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for the Headquarters of the United States Army in Europe in Heidelberg, Germany; and as Deputy Chief of Staff of the Headquarters of the First and Sixth United States Armies. A Master Parachutist, Dr. Keys made 996 military jumps and served four tours of duty in Vietnam as well as serving in Japan, Korea, and Germany during his army career.

Dr. Keys is an accomplished author and instructor, having taught at the United States Army Command and the General Staff College. He is also a Certified Examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award Program administered by the United States Department of Commerce.

Kelly N.
