Use this Precision Elite Form BROKEN ARROW, for samples being sent to our Broken Arrow, LA facility. Simply fill out the form and save it to your desktop. Then E-mail it as an attachment to the address at the top of the form. When sending future samples simply reuse the form and change only those areas needed.

Weld Testing

Sherry Laboratories conducts procedure, performance, and production weld testing for mechanical, chemical, metallurgical, impact and hardness properties per:
